What People Are Saying About In Good Company Spiritual Care

"Gina’s unconditionally-kind presence allowed me to build a more compassionate foundation for my self-understanding. Years after concluding our work together, I still draw from my work with Gina on a daily basis.

I sought counseling with Gina initially to work through a season of loss in my life. But our work together continued nearly three years and went far beyond processing my grief. Gina helped me feel and better understand my emotions, she encouraged me as I questioned long-held and limiting beliefs, she nurtured my confidence in my own unconditional human value. I still remind myself often, “Being is my purpose” a mantra I took away from our sessions.

I have since experienced working with other coaches and therapists, and even gone on to become a mental health provider myself. I can say with confidence, Gina is special. Gina’s gifts are rooted in a wealth of lived experience, decades of personal attending and attuning, which she has then honed through her education and practice with her clients over the years. Gina is especially skilled at guiding her clients back to center, where she is unwaveringly confident we will encounter our own inner-teacher, rest and compassion."

"I have been in therapy a lot in my adult life and one thing I can say about Gina is her uncanny ability to meet you where you are and tenderly bring you to find the truth within yourself. She challenges my faith and my everyday walk in life. She encourages me to see a different perspective by changing my words to transform from the inside out. I recommend Gina to anyone who is suffering through grief, sadness, or life in general. When Gina works with you, she proves she genuinely cares for you and your growth. Thank you, Gina, for who you choose to be for yourself and others."

Gina’s amazing ability to provide a safe space through her caring and empathetic nature creates the perfect environment for connecting to God. Gina encourages me to listen to the desires of my heart and leaves me feeling empowered to be my most authentic self."

"I have been seeing Gina for three years and as much as I doubt myself, I know I have grown with Gina's guidance. I admire how deep and curious she genuinely is with our conversations about God, inner child work, spirituality, social justice, and relationships because that helps me get challenged and grow. The work with Gina has given me more tools to hold myself accountable and to remember to stay true to myself. I am grateful that I continue to work with Gina and the passion and grace she has with the safe space she holds for my healing."

I worked with Gina at the lowest point in my life when I had debilitating general and social anxiety, I lost grasp on reality, completely lost myself and personality, and was severely depressed as a result.  I lacked confidence in every decision I made, couldn’t find enjoyment out of life, and I felt overwhelmed with my emotions and self hatred.  Gina helped guide me out of my irrational emotion driven mentality and helped calm down my catastrophic thinking. She provided me with tools needed to change my thought process and emotionally regulate, and offered an empathetic space for me to voice my fears and emotions.  Gina made it clear she was on my team, which I was desperate for since I no longer had a strong support system or community.   While I still struggle from time to time, my mental health has made vast improvements and I no longer live my life completely centered around my mental health issues.  I still use some of the tools that Gina provided me with when I find myself slipping back into that dark time in my life.  Gina’s a great listener and has a very nurturing approach, and being in my mid-20’s at the time I worked with her when the trajectory of my life was completely up in the air, I needed a practitioner like Gina that could genuinely reassure me not all hope was lost and everything will turn out ok.
